I am using Ucommerce version 9.0 and I’m about to go live – is there anything that I need to be aware of? Yes! We have discovered a bug that prevents you from going live with V9.0.

To go live, you need to upgrade to V9.1. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns at
What do I need Technical Account Manager support for? TAM is intended for the implementation process. Once a project is done and considered to be in maintenance "pay as you go" is recommended. 
I have a lot of integrations written in Ucommerce Classic. Will these work in Ucommerce Next Gen? They will most likely not work, because Ucommerce Classic is written in .NET framework. If you have further questions reach out to support here.
