We conduct a review yearly and adjust accordingly.

Yes, every new project requires a Technical Account Manager for implementation process.

What is the cancellation policy, are there penalties for terminating the subscription early?

The cancellation policy is part of the contract and we require a written notice no later than 90 days before the end of the current subscription period.
