Customer Groups in the Customer Center App
The new Customer Groups area in the Customer Center app lets you:
- Create and manage customer groups.
- Add or remove customers from groups with ease.
Segmenting customers allows you to tailor their shopping experience based on specific attributes like tier or loyalty. For example: Organize customers into loyalty tiers, like Silver, Gold, or Platinum. This allows you to:
- Tailor shopping experiences by segmenting customers based on attributes like loyalty tiers, and deliver targeted offers and promotions.
- Managing customers is now intuitive and efficient, using customer groups, saving time and effort.
Customer Groups as Criteria for Promotions and Price Groups
Use segment-based promotions and pricing by using customer groups as criteria.This feature enables countless opportunities to create tailored offers, such as:
- Provide exclusive benefits for subscription or membership-based customers.
- Offer special incentives to customers who meet specific spending thresholds or show consistent engagement over time.
By targeting specific segments, you can create personalized experiences, foster customer loyalty, and drive meaningful engagement across diverse customer groups.
Organizations as Criteria for Promotions and Price
Groups
For B2B scenarios you can now use organization-specific promotions and prices out-of-the-box. Combine this with derived price groups and you have a powerful and flexible price engine.
Connecting price groups or promotions to certain organization(s) gives you out-of-the-box customer-specific pricing or discounts.
Built-in Pickers for Customer Groups and Organizations
We’ve introduced customer group and organization pickers. These pickers make it simple to set up custom properties. For example:
- Restrict specific products, categories or catalogs to certain customer groups or organizations.
These tools are flexible and easy to implement, giving you total control over how content is displayed across customer segments.
Improved Quality and Stability
