Say hi to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities

The standout addition for Ucommerce Next Gen is the brand-new Customer Center app in the back office. This brand-new app is divided into two main sections: Customers and Organizations.

• Customers: Now, back-office users can create, view and update customers directly in the back office, making it easier to manage customer relationships and track customer data.
  
  
  
  This gives you access to an overview of relevant information to a customer with a single click, including all orders associated with that specific customer and basic information like e-mail and phone number(s) - a convenient tool for quickly retrieving information about a particular customer.

• Organizations: With this version of Ucommerce Next Gen, back-office users can create, view and manage organizations.
  
  
  
  Managing an organization means updating basic information as well as adding and removing customers. This enables B2B solutions to effortlessly get an overview of relevant information connected to an organization.
  
  

Teaser: in the upcoming 10.9.0 release, we will add customer groups enabling B2C solutions to easily group customers, e.g., based on criteria. A common scenario could be to group customers in tiers by order amount in the past 12-month period. But more on that in the upcoming release...

• Search Indexing Speed: The improved indexing speed ensures faster indexing of changes made in the back office, enhancing the overall back-office user experience.

• Products List Usability: The performance and usability of the Products list have been refined, allowing for easier navigation and management of products.
