So, when the Royal Navy was facing an employee retention challenge, that’s where Great State stepped in. The digital agency created a digital empowerment tool in the form of a progressive web app, designed to alleviate some of the daily pain points experienced by serving personnel.

With the need for flexibility and scalability, Great State chose to partner up with Ucommerce to integrate the e-commerce platform with the Umbraco-built app. Not only did the web app solve a lot of problems for the Royal Navy, but the innovative approach also secured them a Gold BIMA award for Best Digital Transformation.
