Ucommerce is a product company that specializes in developing a developer framework for e-commerce solutions. We are looking for a talented, experienced and ambitious backend developer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in building and maintaining scalable and robust backend systems using .NET. You will join a close-knit team of engaged and skilled developers where teamwork and influence on our path forward are essential and prioritized elements in our workday.

Your key responsibilities will be to...

• Design and develop scalable and maintainable backend systems using .NET for our developer tooling platform.
• Implement and maintain APIs for internal and external partners to use in their own e-commerce solutions.
• Work closely with our front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of the front-end and backend systems.
• Collaborate with our product manager to understand the requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and share your knowledge with other developers.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
• Continuously improve the performance and reliability of our systems.

We expect that you...

• Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Have at least 3-5 years of experience in backend development using .NET.
• Have a solid experience with C# and SQL Server.
• Have a solid understanding of RESTful API design principles.
• Have excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Have strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Are fluent in English, as Ucommerce is an international environment with partners and customers all over the world.
