Junior Partner Manager

We are looking for a result- and growth-oriented International Partner Manager, who will be responsible for Ucommerce to hit our growth targets in The Netherlands.

To hit the goals for the Dutch market our new Partner Sales Manager must ensure sales through existing partners, building a qualified pipeline, creating and nursing strong relationships with existing and potential partners.

We are just on the edge of launching a new model for how we work with partnerships going forward. A big part of how we want to collaborate with our partners is a closer relationship, co-marketing, co-events, a great focus on enabling them and their business. For this, we need a dedicated Partner Sales Manager, who can contribute to Ucommerce and our partners’ growth.


Your tasks include:

  • Developing your own pipeline with new partners and customers from scratch
  • Arranging customer meetings and taking responsibility for the ongoing follow-up and sparring with both the partner and customer 
  • Maintaining partners and making sure we are top of mind
  • Identifying the partners’/customers’ needs 
  • Accessing the decision maker, typically at C-level
  • Preparing customer-specific business cases, offers, and negotiation of contracts
  • Driving sales via partners with our sales framework (value-based selling)


Your profile:

  • You have a degree in Sales/Marketing or similar
  • OR 1-3 years of experience from your first sales role with proven results
  • You are fluent in English, both written and verbally
  • You take initiative and work independently
  • You are not afraid to try new things and have a positive attitude
  • You see opportunities rather than obstacles
  • You go the extra mile in all aspects, and are curious to learn and become the best
  • You are ambitious, have sales talent, and are not afraid to contact new partners
  • An interest in technology and SaaS, combined with a winning personality
