Partner Sales Manager

We are looking for a result- and growth-oriented International Partner Manager, who will be responsible for Ucommerce to hit our growth targets in The Netherlands.

To hit the goals for the Dutch market our new Partner Sales Manager must ensure sales through existing partners, building a qualified pipeline, creating and nursing strong relationships with existing and potential partners.

We are just on the edge of launching a new model for how we work with partnerships going forward. A big part of how we want to collaborate with our partners is a closer relationship, co-marketing, co-events, a great focus on enabling them and their business. For this, we need a dedicated Partner Sales Manager, who can contribute to Ucommerce and our partners’ growth.

 

The job

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Responsibility for new sales and retention in your focus markets - sales mainly done via partners
  • Sales enablement of partners
  • Relationship management towards existing and new partners
  • Sales through partners
  • Attending customer sales pitches with partners
  • Implementing our new partner model (to be launched in April)
  • Participating in tech festivals and conferences around the world organized by our agency- and technology partners
  • Expect 40-50 days of traveling/year

 

You

Our dream candidate would look something like this from a professional perspective:

  • Result-oriented; documented revenue growth through partner sales or large accounts
  • Strong at building and maintaining relationships
  • Takes pride in understanding the business of partners and manages to encourage and challenge how we can do business together
  • A broad understanding of how marketing, sales, and events elevate each other
  • Experience from tech sales 
  • Experienced within growing an ecosystem of partners
  • Preferably experience within e-commerce or content management space

And as a person, you should be able to recognize yourself in the following:

  • You are a really nice person, who is both ambitious and pleasant to be around at the same time. 
  • You are self-driven; energetic, proactive, and confident
  • Inquisitive and eager to learn
  • Adaptable in a dynamic environment
